Children’s Football Coach

Little Kickers is a fun-intro-to-football program for children from the ages of 18 month to 8 years old. It's an international brand and operates in around 20 plus countries.

If you love working with toddlers and children and has passion in developing early childhood skills such as social skills, physical development, confident and cognitive skills through playing fun football games. You are maybe the right candidate.

You must be a confident person, self-motivated, reliable, punctual and most importantly great with kids.

This position requires you to travel to classes in Kuala Lumpur on weekdays and weekend. It is essential that you are willing to travel to classes using public transport or your own vehicle.

This position involves coaching Little Kickers classes to an excellent standard, carrying out quality management of each class and leading the continuous improvement of the Little Kickers products and coaching team.

Kay Tasks:

1. Professional and proactive coaching of all allocated classes in accordance with the activities set out in the session plan.

2. Timely arrival at and set-up of venues prior to session conduct, including prompt arrival at the venue at least 15 minutes prior to the first session.

3. Responsible for maintaining of a physical safe environment for all sessions at al times, including completing the online Health and Safety form, and ensuring all coaches does the same.

4. Assisting in taking attendance for all classes and updating it in the business system. This includes, taking records of all trial classes customers. And to ensure no discrepancies in attendance, and that all customers that are registered in the business system are attending classes each week. Reporting back to head off of any discrepancies on a timely manner.

5. Supervise part-time coaches, including making sure all the coaches are following Little Kickers best practice during each session i.e. being on time to class, building rapports with children and parents.

6. Assisting with the promotion of Little Kickers classes. This includes creating regular posts on social media.

7. Assisting with the promotion and marketing of Little Kickers activity to preschool. This includes identifying potential schools.

8. To be responsible of the kit bags, transportation, storage, and maintenance of all equipment necessary for the conduct of your allocated sessions, and making sure all equipment are in good condition.

9. Escalating any issues to your employer in a timely and sensitive manner. This includes day to day coaching and customers issues.

10. To assist with training of a new par-time coach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
