Staffing and Resource Manager
Overview
Talent Scouts partner with client teams to developer and implement sourcing plans for complex project staffing needs. They advocate for and advise the Client Groups to ensure their talent needs are prioritized.
Job Description
- Analyze skills availability and project demand gaps and prioritize actions based on revenue and operational metrics, collaborating across HR functions
- Influence deal solutions for staffing optimizations through upskilling or cross-border assignments and define strategies for reskilling or upskilling opportunities when required
- Partner with Industry Leads in pipeline discussions to optimize staffing strategies and solutions, and monitor deal evolution and adjust the strategies accordingly
- Analyze data to understand evolving talent and skills needs and sharing insights with stakeholders
- Define talent action plans (build, buy, borrow) in collaboration with HR teams and business stakeholders, working with the Talent Strategy team to develop and execute talent strategies
- Collaborate with Country HR Lead to analyze staffing challenges, leverage data insights, and identify potential solutions
- Provide Program Management support including:
- Facilitate the successful execution of staffing strategies for key accounts by partnering with Project Executives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and governance.
- Assist in driving change management and communication for staffing process and guidelines and its cultural adoption across the business.

Qualification:
- Must have 6-8 years of experience in Project Management, Consulting, or HR
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in integrated talent functions
- At least 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Bonus points if you have experience in Strategic Workforce Planning and skills strategy/skills driven talent practices
- Proven ability to balance stakeholder needs in a dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and MS Office suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
