Job responsibilities:

  • Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, preparing sales budgets, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
  • Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address their needs.
  • Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend the company's global reach.
  • Plan and develop skills to recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train, motivate and coach them.
  • Lead and monitor team members’ performance, ensuring the use of effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to address them.
  • Ensure company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
  • Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
  • Set discount rates and determine price schedules.
  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
  • Handle and resolve all issues related to the Sales Department.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or relevant knowledge and experience in the Interior Design or Cabinetry Business
  • Minimum of five years of experience in sales management within a corporate environment.
  • Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closures.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams.
  • Previous experience in motivational speaking.
  • Proven success in consistently surpassing sales quotas.
  • Willingness and ability to travel, expected to be at least 40% of the time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
