Job responsibilities:
- Achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, preparing sales budgets, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts.
- Research consumer needs and identify how our solutions address their needs.
- Generate leads, establish and nurture client relationships.
- Create and execute a strategic sales plan to expand our customer base and extend the company's global reach.
- Plan and develop skills to recruit sales representatives, set objectives, train, motivate and coach them.
- Lead and monitor team members’ performance, ensuring the use of effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop plans to address them.
- Ensure company quotas are met by holding daily check-ins with the sales team to set objectives and monitor progress.
- Direct and coordinate all sales activities locally and regionally.
- Set discount rates and determine price schedules.
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes.
- Handle and resolve all issues related to the Sales Department.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design or relevant knowledge and experience in the Interior Design or Cabinetry Business
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales management within a corporate environment.
- Demonstrated success throughout the entire sales process, from strategic planning to successful closures.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of motivating teams.
- Previous experience in motivational speaking.
- Proven success in consistently surpassing sales quotas.
- Willingness and ability to travel, expected to be at least 40% of the time.
