As a Sales & Marketing Executive, you will be assisting in driving sales growth and managing marketing initiatives that promote the company’s property development projects. You will play an essential role in increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and converting prospects into purchasers. Your work will involve assisting to develop sales strategies, implement marketing campaigns, and foster relationships with purchasers and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Sales:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and target demographics.
- Engage potential purchasers through direct sales efforts, including presentations, calls, and meetings.
- Manage and maintain a customer database for lead tracking and follow-up.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales process.
- Track sales performance and report on sales metrics.
- Prepare and negotiate sales agreements and contracts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and post-sales support.
Marketing:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for current and upcoming property projects.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, SEO, and website management.
- Organize and participate in property exhibitions, open houses, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design promotional materials (brochures, flyers, signage, etc.)
- Create engaging content to promote the company’s properties on various marketing platforms.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to adjust marketing strategies.
- Conduct customer surveys and gather feedback to improve the company’s marketing and sales approaches.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to align strategies and campaigns.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and marketing reports.
- Provide insights and feedback from customers and prospects to improve products and services.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions for new marketing and sales initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer needs.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools (social media, SEO, Google Ads, etc.).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- A proactive, results-driven attitude with a passion for sales and marketing.
