Job Descriptions

  • Key in sales order into NAV System.
  • Check accounts and do activation if required.
  • Assist in managing overall sales admin operation.
  • Monitoring of dealers collection or allocation and dealer ordering or incoming stock.
  • Provide admin support to dealer incentive trip / campaign.
  • Assist in coordinating shipment arrival and sales billing.
  • Assist in preparing sales order and liaise with distributor.
  • To support HR related works in the Department ie. check staff attendance, staffs claims and others.
  • Any other tasks assigned by the company as and when required.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum certificate/diploma in Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in the similar industries / capacity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Excel and Words.
  • Possess the basic understanding of sales procedure flow and process.
  • Communicate and coordinate well with all levels of people.
  • Good in statistics calculation and analysis.
  • Able to perform work with minimum supervision, independent and willingness to learn new things.
  • Candidate having experience in an Admin or Sales environment will be added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
