Responsibilities

  • Work to achieve store monthly target
  • Perform and maintain stock replenishment to ensure a fully stocked store
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
  • Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
  • Able to ascertain customers’ wants and needs
  • Keep up to date with product information
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Manage point-of-sale processes
  • Actively involved in the receiving of new shipments
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Customer service oriented and able to attract potential customers
  • Able to work in retail hours (Shift, weekends and public holidays)
  • Working hour, 9.30am to 10.00pm (everyday)
  • Candidate must be willing to work at Naelofar, Sogo

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,700.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • STM/STPM (Required)

Experience:

  • Retail sales: 1 year (Required)

Language:

  • English and Bahasa - speaking and writing (Required)
