Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable activities, including revenue recognition, preparation of daily and monthly revenue reports, handling AR returns and refunds, and performing AR reconciliations.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of month-end reports.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of balance sheet reconciliations, with supporting schedules categorized by account risk level (high, medium, low).
- Uphold a robust financial control environment and promptly escalate and address any identified control deficiencies.
- Meet all service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to monthly performance and productivity.
- Maintain and update desktop procedures in line with process changes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and activities related to Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Global Business Services (GBS).
- Provide operational support to other markets within the OTC domain.
- Contribute to new initiatives and process changes within the area of expertise.
- Assist in root cause analysis of recurring issues and propose corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Lean methodologies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in OTC processes; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge of US GAAP is advantageous.
- Experience with project management and data analytics tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, and Power Query is a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems like Oracle, JDE, or SAP is an added advantage.
- Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
- Analytical thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
- Self-motivated, professional, and customer-focused.
- Eagerness to learn and embrace new challenges; a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and communicating effectively with the business.
- Proficiency in Mandarin, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
