
Personal Assistant cum Secretary
1. Provide full PA support to MD on daily basis and be contactable during non-office hours for urgent tasks.
2. Checking and processing reports to MD and peparing a summary report
3. Organising meetings and appointments, and daily schedules.
4. Arranging events and conferences.
5. Handle travel, accommodations and meal arrangements for MD.
6. Undertake special assignments and related duties as specified by MD such as personal tax submission, tax filing.
7. Handle administrative duties and filing system.
8. Assist in preparing Powerpoint presentation slides.
9. Liaising with staff and clients.
10. Collating & filing expenses and claims.
11. Travel outstation may be required for external meeting, event and function.
12. To perform ad-hoc tasks that may be deemed necessary.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
