Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and goal-oriented Sales Account Manager to join our corporate sales team. This role focuses on B2B client engagement, driving sales growth through effective communication via phone, email, WhatsApp, and video conferencing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our solutions to corporate clients, focusing on B2B relationships.
- Conduct all sales activities indoors via digital communication channels—no travel or fieldwork required.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, sales progress, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement.
- Provide professional customer service and respond to client inquiries promptly.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in B2B sales is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred.
- Able to work independently in a structured, indoor sales environment.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.
