  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job requirements:

Based in the office, handling phone and ticket enquiries.

o Monitor and manage network performance and troubleshoot issues.

o Assist in resolving network problems or escalate them to higher-level engineers.

o Track and document service requests and technical issues.

o Assist in routine network maintenance tasks and support the network team.

  • Skills/Qualities Needed:

o Understanding of networking concepts and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).

o Strong communication skills to manage customer queries and support requests.

o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.

o Ability to learn about network monitoring tools and reporting systems.

o Customer service orientation and the ability to manage technical issues professionally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,100.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
