Key Responsibilities:
- Tour Product Development:
- Research, conceptualize, and develop new and competitive tour packages tailored to different market segments.
- Evaluate current tour offerings and recommend improvements based on market trends, customer feedback, and operational feasibility.
- Collaborate with local suppliers, guides, and tourism service providers to enhance the value and uniqueness of tour products.
- Operations Management:
- Coordinate and monitor daily tour operations, including booking arrangements, itineraries, transportation, and accommodations.
- Liaise with suppliers and partners to confirm bookings and ensure all arrangements meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Handle client inquiries, reservations, and special requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Client Service & Support:
- Provide pre-tour briefings and post-tour follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address any operational issues or client complaints efficiently and diplomatically.
- Assist in customizing tours to meet specific client needs, including FIT and group travel arrangements.
- Documentation & Reporting:
- Prepare and maintain accurate records of tour files, supplier agreements, costings, and reports.
- Ensure all travel documents, permits, and insurance are obtained as required.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to promote new products and improve tour visibility.
- Contribute to internal discussions and brainstorming sessions for strategic planning and service enhancements.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
