Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry :

- Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.

- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data by cross-referencing with source

documents.

- Maintain data integrity and confidentiality at all times.

2. Documentation :

- Organize and manage both physical and digital documents, ensuring easy

3. Administrative Support:

operations.

4. Social Media Content Preparation:

- Utilize ChatGPT to generate engaging and relevant content for Optisaver's social

media platforms.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with current campaigns and

brand messaging.

- Schedule and monitor social media posts, responding to audience interactions in

a timely manner.

- Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to enhance content

quality and engagement.

Qualifications:

-Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a

related field.

- Proven experience in administrative roles, with a focus on data entry and

documentation.

- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and data

management tools.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience using AI content generation tools like ChatGPT.

- Basic understanding of graphic design principles and tools.

- Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.

Working Conditions:

- Standard office environment with occasional requirements to work outside regular hours to meet deadlines or assist with events.
