CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL
(Petrol Station Project - Call Centre Role)
Job Responsibilities:
- Attend and answer inbound calls from customers
- Assist customers with:
- Registration on P Miles Card
- Customer Data Update
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to resolve customer inquiries
Hiring Requirements:
- Minimum SPM qualification
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (written & spoken)
- Age: 19 to 40 years old
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: RM1,900 – RM2,000
- PFP Incentive: Up to RM300
- Language Allowance : Mandarin RM300
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9.00am – 6.00pm
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: 9.00am – 6.00pm (on rotational basis)
Work Location:
TM Annexe 1, Bangsar
