Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Setia Alam for a Sales Executive at SYREFL Energy Sdn Bhd. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day on-site sales activities, identifying and developing new business opportunities, and reporting to superior.
Job Scope
- Assist the Sales Manager in implementing sales plans and strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports and analysis to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
- Assist in developing long-term customer engagement strategies.
- Assist in lead generation strategies online and offline
- Maintain accurate sales database
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for management review
Qualifications
- Marketing and Customer Relationship Management skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- 0-2 years experience in the energy efficiency or engineering consultation or in sales of related industry and role.
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications or a related field or Diploma in Technical (electrical, electronic, mechanical, process)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with leads and provide excellent customer service.
- Self-motivated and proactive in reaching out to potential leads and strong focus on meeting targets.
- Understanding of industry regulations & act, trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
