Position: Sales Cum Customer Service
Salary: RM2,000 - RM2,500
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8.00AM - 5.00PM
Location: NO:113A-2, Jalan Prima SG 4, Prima Seri Gombak, 68100 Batu Caves, Selangor
Job Description:
1.SALES REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES:
- Database Management: Maintain and update customer databases.
- Sales Copywriting: Create compelling sales copy to attract and retain customers.
- Sales Targets: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (MST: 4/daily, PTP: 8/daily).
- Lead Generation: Reach out to customer leads through cold calling (80 calls/day).
- Team Coordination: Coordinate sales efforts with team members, other departments, and affiliates.
- Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve through feedback.
- Sales Online (Live) & Offline (Event)
2.CUSTOMER SERVICE DUTIES:
- Handle customer inquiries through various channels (phone, email, live chat) promptly and professionally.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Recommendations: Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Team Contribution: Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
3.CROSS -FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations & Event, Finance & Account, HR) as needed to best position the company and also to address customer needs comprehensively.
4.ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports and customer feedback analysis.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
5.REPORTS SUBMISSION
- Responsible for the own planning and execution of work related to the submission of reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually).
6.CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
