- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing event
- Assist the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
- Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible and others.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Preferably with 1-3 years of working experience.
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia (Candidate can speak Mandarin language is advantage).
- Work experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Hardworking with good work ethics.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
