Brand Communication
- Drive the complete execution of brand communication across offline and traditional media channels, covering everything from ideation to production and delivery, including packaging, print materials, in-store displays, broadcasts, outdoor media, and other relevant platforms.
Trade Marketing
- Develop trade marketing campaigns guided by market analysis, competitor tracking, and consumer insights, and coordinate execution with cross-functional teams, vendors, suppliers, and trade partners to drive category growth.
Brand Activation
- Support on-ground activations from planning to coordination and evaluation, such as sampling roadshows, sponsorships, CSR initiatives, and other consumer engagement activities that strengthen brand affinity and visibility.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in a marketing role with a solid understanding of marketing operations, retail environments, and consumer behaviour.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. Familiarity with market research software or statistical tools is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in English and Mandarin, with added fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, are a plus across both written and spoken forms.
