Job Description Summary

Responsible for overseeing property soft services, ensuring service quality, managing client relations, supervising cleaning and conference operations, and coordinating cross-departmental needs within a large-scale property project.

Job Description

What you will be doing:

  • Fully responsible for customer coordination and management and establishing cleaning service standards for the project.
  • Effectively communicate with client contacts to understand customer needs and coordinate property services according to the contract.
  • Responsible for daily service quality supervision, inspection, and periodic evaluations.
  • Oversee overall promotion and planning of property services.
  • Assist the Property Department with relevant customer service work.
  • Conduct daily on-site inspections within the managed areas and maintain inspection records.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental property service requirements.
  • Fully responsible for conference service management.
  • Supervise conference room service quality and manage the conference service team.
  • Handle meeting service requests from departments and coordinate service delivery per the contract.
  • Provide professional training for cleaners and monitor their daily work.
  • Develop cleaning solutions for special areas/facilities (e.g., interior/exterior wall washing, pond/lake cleaning, crystal surface treatment, etc.).
  • Follow up on non-compliant service items.
  • Supervise training implementation by outsourced providers.
  • Manage, monitor, and inspect cleaning, landscaping, and pest control in the area of responsibility.
  • Ensure periodic removal of chewing gum, stairwell cleaning, and carpet cleaning.
  • Fulfill emergency response responsibilities and ensure departmental safety and production.

You are:

  • Minimum diploma in Facility Management, Property Management or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of relevant experience in property or facility management, preferably with exposure to soft services such as cleaning and landscaping.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and facility management software is an added advantage.
