As a Regional E-commerce Solutions Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the digital transformation and e-commerce growth strategies across Southeast Asia markets. You will be responsible for crafting impactful campaigns, managing influencer collaborations, and executing strategic marketing plans to boost traffic, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and Instagram. You will work cross-functionally with sales & marketing departments to develop compelling content tailored for Southeast Asia markets. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute e-commerce content strategies to support branding and performance marketing objectives. • Plan and manage short video production for platforms including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. • Collaborate with influencers, agencies, and content creators for product seeding, livestream campaigns, and social engagement. • Lead the development of brand narratives and messaging for online campaigns. • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align product launches with content rollouts. • Analyse content performance using tools such as TikTok Analytics, Shopee/Lazada dashboards, and Google Analytics. • Drive creative storytelling while maintaining consistency across digital platforms. • Propose and execute IP-based campaigns, KOL campaigns, and celebrity collaborations. • Manage end-to-end campaign execution including planning, production, launch, and reporting. ________________________________________ Job Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, E-commerce, or a related field. • At least 5–8 years of experience in e-commerce content marketing, brand strategy, or influencer marketing (preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, or tech industries). • Proven track record in managing successful campaigns on platforms like Douyin/TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Shopee, Lazada, or Taobao. • Solid understanding of Southeast Asian digital trends, consumer behavior, and content formats. • Strong network or experience working with KOLs, agencies, and production teams. • Creative mindset with strong visual and storytelling sensibilities. • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional initiatives.
