Financial Clearance: • Assist with financial clearance processes, including insurance verification and basic billing inquiries. • Collaborate with the Front Office Executive and billing team as needed. 5. Communication and Coordination: • Communicate effectively with clinical departments to ensure smooth patient flow. • Collaborate with healthcare providers and support staff on front office activities. 6. Customer Service: • Uphold high standards of customer service to enhance the overall patient experience. • Assist in handling basic patient concerns and feedback. 7. Documentation: • Support the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records for patient registration and front office activities. • Ensure proper documentation in accordance with hospital policies. 8.
