  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JOB POSITION: SENIOR CMM TECHNICAL SPECIALIST GLOBALTRON-PLC TECHNOLOGIES SDN BHD seeks a SENIOR CMM TECHNICAL SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with crate dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s name. • Program complex CMM inspection routines. • Interpret GD&T symbols from technical drawings and implement in CMM programs. • Use CAD models to support offline CMM programming. • Conduct first article inspection (FAI) using CMM systems. • Use CAD models to support offline CMM programming. • Perform surface profile and form analysis using CMM. • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and software issues in CMM systems. • Troubleshoot and correct CMM program errors and collisions. • Create modular CMM setups to increase throughput. • Interpret GD&T symbols from technical drawings and implement in CMM programs. • Validate dimensional accuracy of high-tolerance aerospace/automotive components. • Conduct first article inspection (FAI) using CMM systems. • Set up fixtures and probes for non-standard part inspection. • Customize macros for repetitive inspection tasks. • Perform periodic calibration of CMM machines. • Maintain and update probe libraries. • Coordinate with OEMs for software and hardware support. • Maintain environmental conditions for CMM room to ensure accuracy. • Set up fixtures and probes for non-standard part inspection. • Clean and lubricate machine components regularly. • Conduct performance validation using calibration artifacts. • Maintain CMM logs for audits and traceability. • Utilize volumetric compensation techniques for enhanced accuracy. • Upgrade software versions and validate performance. • Manage fixture inventory and compatibility across platforms. • Verify tooling and fixture accuracy with CMM reports. • Validate machining setups through in-process CMM inspection. • Reduce inspection bottlenecks via lean CMM programming. • Train junior CMM operators on machine handling. • Mentor inspection staff on GD&T interpretation. • Review and assess competency of CMM technicians. Requirement: Min 5 years’ experience in CMM TECHNICAL SPECIALIST Proficiency in CMM programming Familiarity with mechanical drawing interpretation Capability to design and modify CMM fixtures. Experience with multi-language interface CMM systems. Capability to manage CMM-related risks and escalations.
