- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings when necessary.
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

- Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
