  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings when necessary.
  • Minimum SPM/Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive or similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations.
