- Calculate parcel collection costs and allocate orders to the most cost-effective collection methods.
- Monitor parcel collection tasks and ensure the timely departure of shuttle buses to prevent transit issues and delays.
- Analyse operational anomalies, identify potential operational bottlenecks, and collaborate with various departments to propose improvement plans.
- Liaise with the relevant departments to coordinate and communicate with customers.
- Develop emergency measures for abnormal delivery situations to meet customer collection needs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply as well.
- Prior experience in Logistics or knowledge in related fields is highly advantageous.
- Having excellent MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English would be preferrable. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
