Job Purpose: Lead and manage the Infrastructure Security Unit (ISU) to ensure seamless planning, execution, and supervision of all unit activities while maintaining a robust and secure IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities As the Head of the Infrastructure Security Unit, you will: Drive the overall management and performance of the ISU, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Develop and execute strategies to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the unit’s operations and deliverables. Refine and enhance ISU policies, processes, and procedures to align with industry best practices and emerging security trends. Design, deploy, and support cutting-edge infrastructure security solutions, including firewalls, security sensors, and endpoint protection systems. What We’re Looking For Experience Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role, with hands-on experience in infrastructure security. Academic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Security or a related field. Technical Skills & Knowledge Comprehensive understanding of Operating Systems, Network Protocols, and Security Principles. Proficiency in Microsoft OS and Unix/Linux administration. Familiarity with IS Management frameworks and compliance standards, such as ISO 27001 and PCI DSS. Behavioral Attributes Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
