Responsibilities: - Proactively and consistently respond to public inquiries regarding cybersecurity issues/problems and take appropriate actions promptly. - Analyze inquiries and follow the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for necessary action. - Collect relevant information and evidence to escalate issues for resolution. - Prepare required reports and documentation promptly. Requirements: - Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or equivalent. - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. - Strong technical background in networking, operating systems (Windows and Linux), and programming languages preferred. - Knowledge of security solutions, including firewalls, antivirus, antispam, etc. - Experience with trouble management, fault management, and incident management processes. - Relevant industry certifications would be advantageous. - Ability to collaborate within a team environment and work independently. - Security/privacy mindset and strong analytical problem-solving skills. - Passion for cybersecurity, self-motivated, and eager to learn. - Proactive and resourceful in learning new security features. - Willing to work shifts and be on standby. - Open to Sarawakians only.
