We are seeking a talented Arabic Digital Content Designer to join our team and focus on creating engaging and high-quality digital content tailored for Arabic-speaking audiences. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in digital content creation, graphic design, and social media marketing, along with proficiency in Arabic to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders. PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The purpose of the Arabic Digital Content Designer role is to develop, design, and manage Arabic-language digital content that aligns with the company’s branding and marketing strategies. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics, social media content, digital advertisements, website assets, and multimedia materials to enhance engagement with Arabic-speaking audiences. The designer will collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all digital platforms. KEY INTERFACES: INTERNAL Marketing Team, Sales Team, Product Development Team, IT Team, Executive Management EXTERNAL Customers/Clients, Digital Agencies, Advertising Partners, Social Media Influencers, Content Creators SECTION C: KEY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Develop and design high-quality Arabic digital content, including graphics, social media posts, website banners, email templates, and promotional materials. 2. Create visually appealing and engaging multimedia content, such as animations, videos, and infographics, tailored for Arabic-speaking audiences. 3. Manage and optimize digital assets for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and user engagement. 4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure content aligns with branding strategies and business objectives. 5. Adapt existing content into Arabic while maintaining cultural sensitivity and brand consistency. 6. Research and stay updated on digital trends, social media best practices, and emerging technologies to improve content effectiveness. 7. Monitor the performance of digital content and social media campaigns, analyzing metrics to optimize engagement and reach. 8. Work closely with external agencies, freelancers, and influencers to enhance content creation efforts. 9. Ensure that all digital content complies with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry standards. 10. Provide creative input on marketing campaigns and assist in the development of digital marketing strategies. SECTION D: QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES: EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT SKILLS QUALIFICATIONS 1. Language Requirement: Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written) is essential, with proficiency in English being advantageous. 2. Proven work experience as a Digital Content Designer, Graphic Designer, or Social Media Content Creator, preferably within an Arabic-speaking market. 3. Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, video editing, and multimedia content creation. 4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or other digital design tools. 5. Experience in managing content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and LinkedIn. 6. Knowledge of digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and content optimization techniques. 7. Ability to adapt creative materials for different digital channels while maintaining visual consistency. 8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams and stakeholders. 9. Understanding of cultural nuances and audience preferences in the Arabic-speaking regions. 10.
