Facility Operations and Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility.

Manage facility maintenance, repairs, and equipment.

Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Monitor inventory levels and manage the procurement of supplies and equipment.

Maintain accurate records of facility operations, including maintenance logs, incident reports, and inventory.

Financial Management:

Develop and manage the branch budget, including revenue and expenses.

Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions.

Control expenses to maximize profitability.

Prepare and submit regular financial reports to management.

Ensure accurate and timely collection of membership dues and other payments.

Marketing and Promotion

Implement local marketing initiatives to drive new membership sales.

Coordinate with the marketing team on broader campaigns.

Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5years of experience in a management role in the fitness industry or a related service industry.
  • Proven track record of success in leading and managing a team.
  • Strong sales and customer service skills with a demonstrated ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fitness principles, trends, and best practice is a plus
