Kitchen Cook

MAHSA Specialists Hospital is currently seeking skilled and passionate Kitchen Cooks to join our Food and Beverage department. As a Kitchen Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals in accordance with established recipes and dietary requirements. Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook meals following standard recipes and portion sizes - Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet standards - Adhere to health and safety regulations in food handling and storage - Collaborate with the F&B Manager and other kitchen staff - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area - Monitor and replenish ingredient supplies as needed - Assist in menu planning and recipe development Requirements: - Diploma or certification in Culinary Arts or a related field - Proven experience as a Kitchen Cook or in a similar role - Knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation - Understanding of dietary restrictions and meal planning - Attention to detail and ability to work in a fastpaced environment - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Adaptability and willingness to learn If you have a passion for cooking and want to be part of a dynamic culinary team, we want to hear from you.
