What You’ll Be Doing: Take charge of our department’s performance and work with the team to reduce costs and improve efficiency. Solve customer problems quickly and work on ways to make their experience even better. Set goals and KPIs for the team — and help everyone stay on track. Make sure we follow all company rules and industry standards. Keep an eye on trends and competitors to suggest new ideas for our shipping and logistics operations. Work closely with our logistics partners to ensure they’re meeting expectations. Monitor and improve partner performance — focusing on lead time, cost, and damage control. Collaborate with other departments to drive growth, better service, and cost savings. Position Title Customer Service Manager Industry Shipping/Logistic Location Port Klang Requirements: You have a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent work experience. You’ve been in the logistics industry for 10+ years and understand how things work inside out. You’re fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (a big plus for our local and overseas clients). You’re a natural leader — you know how to guide, coach, and grow a team. You’re organized, a good communicator, and great at building strong working relationships. You understand the full operations chain and know how it impacts customers, merchants, and costs. Bonus if you’ve worked in sales before — we love a well-rounded experience!
