  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

BHD. seeks a MASTER CAM PROGRAMMER SPECIALIST to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company’s development. • Develop complex 3D toolpaths using Mastercam. • Program multi-axis CNC milling machines. • Integrate CMM path generation in part design. • Transfer toolpaths and setup sheets across CAM systems. • Synchronize CAD changes with CAM update without breaking toolpath links. • Manage DNC systems for program transfer. • Use CAM plugins for advanced surface extraction. • Program CNC turning and mill-turn machines using Mastercam Lathe • Work with digital twins of CNC machines. • Implement zero-point reorientation cycles using CAM software. • Support customer design reviews with CAM simulation insights. • Design custom fixtures and jigs in CAD. • Collaborate with CNC operators on real-time tweaks. • Advise on tolerance stack-up and CAM feasibility in early stages. • Maintain a secure cloud repository for company-wide CAM templates. • Integrate fixture details in CAM simulation. • Evaluate new CAM technologies and toolpath plugins. • Create tool libraries and maintain tool database in Mastercam. • Produce CNC programs for mold polishing and engraving. • Integrate ultrasonic and hybrid toolpath requirements in programming. • Generate toolpaths for hard milling of hardened tool steel. • Define machining process plans and operation sequencing • Determine tool wear compensation strategies. • Analyze and minimize cycle time per part. • Apply file access restrictions and editing logs for sensitive projects. • Implement vibration-dampening toolpath patterns. • Use simulation feedback to modify fixture or setup strategy. • Standardize file-naming conventions and path structures across teams. • Use stock model tracking to reduce redundant operations. • Apply tool wear offset adjustments in pre-simulation. • Contribute to digital thread and part traceability. • Optimize programs for cloud-based simulation platforms.
