About the Role
The SBE/ABM will support brand innovation and category growth by conducting consumer insights analysis, managing product launches, and driving strategic brand initiatives. This role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful innovations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Consumer & Competitive Analysis: Gather insights on market trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
• Brand Innovation & Strategy: Assist in developing a five-year innovation funnel, aligning product development with business goals.
• Product Management: Support product launches, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market needs while tracking post-launch performance.
• Brand Execution & Packaging: Oversee brand consistency in packaging, marketing materials, and design execution across multiple markets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, R&D, Trade Marketing) and external agencies to execute brand initiatives.
• Budget & Reporting: Monitor category budgets, track marketing effectiveness, and provide strategic recommendations.
Requirements:
• Education: Degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Experience: 2-5 years in brand innovation, marketing, or consumer insights, preferably in FMCG.
• Skills:
• Strong analytical mindset with research and data interpretation capabilities.
• Creative problem-solving with the ability to think outside the box.
• Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus).
• Ability to travel regionally across SEA when required.
