Job description Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the coordinating of training application processes, ensuring smooth operations. - Act as a liaison between various departments and external training providers to facilitate effective communication and coordination. - Oversee the logistics for training sessions and e-learning, including scheduling, venue setup, and equipment preparation to ensure a conducive learning environment. - Request feedback from participants post-training and compile evaluations to assess the effectiveness of the training programs. - Maintain comprehensive records of employee participation in all training and development programs, aiding in tracking progress and identifying areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Recent graduate or current student in Human Resources/Business Admin - Possess knowledge of human resources and learning and development. - Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS). - Strong communication skills. - Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors.
