The role involves diagnosing vehicle issues and performing essential maintenance and repair tasks on various vehicles, including cars, trucks, and trailers. Primary Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Conduct post-repair testing on trucks (per truck/trailer). 2. Perform monthly preventive maintenance checks on trucks (per truck/trailer). 3. Inform and update Rajan/Kuang regarding repairs and maintenance (update records accordingly). 4. Perform painting and touch-up tasks on trucks (per truck/trailer). 5. Respond to truck breakdowns and provide necessary repairs (per truck/trailer). 6. Assist with tire changes (per truck/trailer). 7. Wash trucks, trailers, and containers (without driver involvement). 8. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workshop area. 9. Perform any additional tasks as assigned by management. Individual KP/s: 1. Repair and maintain trucks, including wiring, welding, air conditioning, gensets, and Thermoking units (per truck/trailer). 2. Perform inspections and necessary repairs (per truck/trailer). 3. Change engine oil and provide service for trucks and gensets (per truck/trailer).
