SAP OTC Functional Consultant Responsibilities · Analyse, design, and implement SAP solutions to optimize and streamline the business processes. · Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in order management, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition. · Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions for Global Template design and roll-out · Configure SAP modules related to Sales and Distribution (SD), Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Accounting to align with the specific needs of the customer. · Adopt clean core approach leveraging SAP BTP and non-SAP applications. · Lead customization efforts to address unique business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems. · Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to understand business requirements and ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals. · Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding of requirements. · Possess hands on experience with designing integrations across systems for Planning, CRM (like Salesforce), Retailer / Dealers Portals, etc. · Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of SAP Order-to-Cash functionalities. · Create comprehensive documentation for configurations, customizations, and processes. · Stay informed about SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements. · Proactively identify areas for enhancement in the Order-to-Cash cycle and propose innovative solutions. · Must have good understanding on process across various industries and sectors like Manufacturing and Automotive Requirements · 5-8+ years extensive experience in SAP implementation projects with a focus on Order-to-Cash processes. Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including SD, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Accounting. Good to have prior experience working on Customer platforms, Dealer portals, etc. · Must have a strong understanding of OTC business process knowledge · Must have a master data configuration and cross module FI / LE / PP / MM-PUR integration knowledge · Should know Sales Order, Scheduling agreement, consignment process. · Good understanding on Sales & Distribution functions - Order fulfilment, Output setup, Pricing Determination and configuration · Should have worked on Billing, Account determination, Partner functions determinations, Output determinations, Pricing determinations. · Must have knowledge on ATP process · Must have X-company process, third party process, STO-PO, STO – SA process knowledge. · Demonstrated initiative and ability to achieve results · Strong verbal and written communications skills, with an ability to express technical concepts in business terms and in English. · Good analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills. Attention to detail. Relevant experience in Automobile industry Mandatory.
