Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engage our audience, drive traffic, and generate leads across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media Management • Develop and execute content calendars for all major social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube). • Create, curate, and manage engaging multimedia content (text, image, video, etc.). • Monitor, respond to, and engage with audiences in a timely manner. • Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly. • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices. 2. Content Creation & Copywriting • Write compelling and relevant copy for digital ads, social posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and website content. • Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce high-quality visuals and promotional materials. 3. Digital Advertising & Campaigns • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. • Monitor campaign effectiveness. • A/B test creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to maximize performance. 4. Website & SEO • Update website content using CMS (e.g., WordPress). • Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve organic rankings and search visibility. • Monitor traffic and performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant tools. 5. Email & CRM Marketing • Build and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms like Mailchimp, ZohoCampaign, or similar. • Segment mailing lists, write engaging email content, and analyze open and click-through rates. 6. Analytics & Reporting • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital marketing performance. • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and ROI. • Set and track KPIs for all digital activities. Key Requirements: • Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management. • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills. • Familiarity with design and vide editing tools like Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar. • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills • Video editing and motion graphics. • Photography and basic photo editing.
