JOB DUTIES: 1. To handle administrative task for admin and operation, prepare sales quotation, proforma invoice, follow up letter of undertaking from bank and follow-up customer loan status. 2. To prepare and ensure all the documentation for Puspakom inspection are completed before submitting to Head of Department for inspection booking. 3. To prepare and ensure all Puspakom, LPKP & JPJ documentation are completed before giving to clients. 4. To prepare unit equipment inter-branch transfer documentation such as issue delivery order, despatch note, take photo before delivery, to request HQ to purchase inland insurance (if required). 5. To prepare the claim for Senior Branch Manager claim like petty cash, travelling claim, general claim and guest entertainment expenses claim and ensure receipt and supporting document are provided.
