Job description Job Summary We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Clerk to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and arranging interviews Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documents Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires Prepare HR-related letters, memos, and other documentation Help organize staff engagement activities, training sessions, and meetings Handle general HR inquiries and provide administrative support as needed Ensure proper e-filing and documentation in compliance with company policies and labor regulations Requirements Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field Fresh graduates are welcome to apply Good organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities High level of confidentiality and professionalism Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Eagerness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
