1. Implement and Support LS Retail POS software at outlets. 2. Work with software developers to enhance LS Retail POS software to cater to company new processes. 3. Manage and provide technical guidance to support teams in investigating incidents, identifying root causes, raise tickets and resolve issues. 4. Install and configure servers, network equipment, POS systems, POS peripheral and constantly review current IT systems and hardware for any errors or issues. 5. Research, negotiate and procure IT equipment, software and services. 6. Interact with internal users and external 3rd party vendors to troubleshoot and resolve problems. 7. Required to travel outstation for system setup, implementation and training when necessary. Requirement 1. Knowledge in Business Development Tools such as Microsoft Navision/LS Retail, Axapta, SAP & Oracle would be an added advantage. 2. Well verse in any databases such as MS SQL database environment. Other database knowledge such as My SQL & Oracle SQL and server setup, configuration and maintenance. 3. Experience in Retail Systems is a plus.
