SITE SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Job Requirements: Age around 35-40 years old Must have Diploma/ Bachelor in safety and health or relevant field of study Possess own transport 2-years experience as safety supervisor for projects Able to work independently with minimum supervision Able to work under pressure and willing to learn new things Possess excellent problem-solving skills along with fine attention to details and quality Must have yellow book, CIDB, NIOSH Able to work under pressure, self-reliance. Able to work overtime if required to. Job Description: Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors. Educating site workers on construction safety regulations and accident protocol. Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries. Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol. Maintaining an accurate record of construction employee attendance. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications. Recommending changes to construction operations or procedures to increase efficiency. Checking of sub-contractors’ work to ensure compliance with the Act and the Regulations made thereunder are complied Liaise with contractor’s safety supervisors appointed under Regulation 26 with respect to safety of work undertaken by sub-contractors Job Details: Job Type: Permanent Based at Kota Warisan, Sepang Working Hours: 08:00 a.m. – 05:30 p.m. (Monday – Friday) Willing to relocate
