We are seeking an experienced, organized and reliable Conveyancing Clerk to join our rapidly expanding law firm in Ipoh, Perak. This role requires a dedicated and knowledgeable individual, responsible for the preparation of conveyancing documents like sale and purchase agreements together with loan documentation for property sale and purchase transactions. Responsibilities: Handle conveyancing matters including subsale and project cases, estate matters, tenancy, bank loan documentation, etc,. Update and maintain accurate records Answer routine questions regarding conveyance transactions Liaise with all parties involved in conveyance transactions Ensure all relevant information and documents are up to date Job Requirements: Well versed in conveyancing & banking documentations and able to work independently with at least 5 years of experience Experienced in handling sale and purchase agreement for SUBSALE and PROJECT cases Able to handle a case from open file to advise drawdown Experience in handling commercial loan is an added advantage Familiar/experienced with land offices portals, stamp office portals, banks portals and able to liaise with clients and government authorities e.g. land office, stamp office, Inland Revenue Board, etc; Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia Able to take instructions well and work independently with minimal supervision Good working attitude, diligent and able to complete work within deadlines Experience in COMMERCIAL cases is a decided plus.
