1. Responsible person who will deliver a CAM Part-66 Module in accordance with CAD 1801 Appendix 1 and/ or Appendix 3 or part thereof. 2. Carry out theoretical training or practical training or including progress assessment, in accordance with the training requirements for which he/she is qualified. 3. He/ she must be involved at some point into the organization of the lessons themselves, such as creation of the instructor notes, slides, sequencing or equivalent. Developing and ensuring the course curriculum to be meet with the current technological changes and in accordance with the training syllabus as required by CAAM. 4. He/she has a good command of the subjects included into his/her assigned scope of instruction, or practical instruction. This includes having an adequate theoretical knowledge and, where appropriate, hands-on skills gained through practical training and/ or sufficient relevant working experience. 5. He/she is familiar with instruction, examination, and assessment techniques, as appropriate, and has pedagogical skills & good communication abilities. 6. He/she is knowledgeable of the organization's approved procedures in relation with his/her scope of activity and he understands the importance of instructional & examination staff ethics & integrity. 7. He/she is proficient with the specific training methods and equipment used by the training organization. 8. He/she is proficient in English language 9. Maintain training data and records of training for evaluation and audit purposes. 10. Ensure training and workshop facilities suitably equipped with necessary tools, equipment, and materials as per the practical specification for the conduct of the practical session and in training- worthy conditions for which he/she is qualified. 11. Promote safety and maintain good discipline among students following the Departmental Operating Manual Volume 3. 12. Forward the recommendations to the training manager to improve the organization during staff meeting. 13. May perform any combination of the roles of instructor, knowledge examiner and practical assessor subject to compliance with paragraph 4.2(i) of CAD 1821 with consent of CAAM. 14. Perform such other duties as are assigned by his/her manager or superior.
