  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead the project team to complete the assigned project in a timely and cost effective manner
  • Ensure that project objectives are achieved and projects are delivered successfully in accordance with agreed scope, time frame, budget, quality and safety standards
  • Coordinate and liaise effectively with consultants and other government authorities in getting necessary approval
  • Monitor the works carried out by the specialist, sub-contractors and to ensure the works conform to relevant specifications and standards and to the approved designs
  • Plan and manage project implementation to meet all requirements
  • Participate in the development and execution of processes and contracts to procure design, construction and other construction related services

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/ Structural/ M&E Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 8 years and above experience in mass housing project and related infrastructure works
  • Self-motivated and results oriented with high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Team player
  • Good organizational, communication and relationship building skills, resourceful, result-oriented, customer-centric with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin with excellent communication and writing skills
  • Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and commitment to independent
  • Understanding of financial aspects of running a project on time and on budget

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM13,000.00 per month
