You will play a vital part in supporting top management, maintaining client relationships, and driving sales efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Sales Coordination & Administrative Support • Provide comprehensive administrative support to top management, including managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Prepare and manage sales-related documentation such as proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts. • Respond to and route incoming sales inquiries and communication to relevant team members. • Maintain accurate records in CRM and sales databases, including client information and performance metrics. • Coordinate internal and client-facing sales meetings, preparing agendas and materials as needed. • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure timely communication and engagement. 2. Client Relationship Management • Support the development and nurturing of long-term relationships with corporate clients. • Serve as a key point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high levels of service. • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to meet client needs and exceed expectations. 3. Reporting & Sales Analysis • Generate and maintain regular sales performance reports, sales forecasts, and pipeline updates. • Provide insights and summaries for management reviews and sales strategy discussions. 4. Ad Hoc Support • Assist with additional administrative or sales-related tasks as assigned by management. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field preferred. • Prior experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally within a corporate or B2B setting. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-first mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with CRM tools is a plus. • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events.
