Operations Manufacturing Manager (Fastener/ Metal stamping)

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manufacturing Manager to oversee our manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in fastener, metal stamping, or related fields. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with quality standards and optimizing production efficiency. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the manufacturing operations to achieve production targets and maintain quality standards. Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Ensure adherence to IATF16949 and ISO9001 quality management systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product development and production processes. Monitor production metrics and prepare reports for senior management. Train and mentor manufacturing staff to promote a culture of continuous improvement. Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 to 12 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, particularly in fastener, metal stamping, or similar sectors. Strong knowledge of IATF16949 and ISO9001 standards and requirements. Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Skills Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
