This is a key leadership role best suited for a dynamic professional with 4 to 7 years of financial and accounting experience, particularly in the manufacturing or industrial sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of financial planning, cost management, risk mitigation, and team leadership, with a track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Planning & Reporting • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models. • Present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior leadership. • Monitor and analyze financial results, providing insights to guide strategic decisions. 2. Strategic Financial Management • Partner with senior management to define financial targets and key performance indicators. • Deliver financial insights and recommendations to support business strategy and growth initiatives. • Drive the development and implementation of financial strategies to improve profitability. 3. Cash Flow & Treasury Management • Ensure optimal cash flow and liquidity to meet operational needs. • Develop effective working capital and cash management strategies. • Manage relationships with financial institutions and stakeholders. 4. Cost Control & Profitability • Oversee cost monitoring and identify areas for cost savings. • Conduct profitability analyses for departments, projects, and new initiatives. • Recommend actionable strategies to enhance operational efficiency and margin performance. 5. Compliance & Internal Controls • Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate policies. • Oversee internal financial controls and safeguard company assets. • Coordinate with external auditors and lead audit processes. 6. Team Leadership & Development • Manage and develop the finance team, ensuring high performance and engagement. • Foster cross-departmental collaboration and financial awareness throughout the company. • Identify skill gaps and implement training or development initiatives. 7. Risk Management • Identify, assess, and manage financial and operational risks. • Implement robust risk mitigation frameworks to ensure financial stability. 8. Special Projects & Financial Analysis • Lead or support strategic projects, including feasibility studies and investment analysis. • Provide detailed financial insights for M&A, CAPEX, and business expansion initiatives. Qualifications & Requirements • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. • 4–7 years of progressive finance experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. • Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting is essential. • Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Autocount, and ERP systems. • Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
