HR Manager (RoA/ Manufacturing)

We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead our HR functions and administrative operations, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives across all departments, including Sales, Operations, and Finance. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing: Oversee the recruitment process, focusing on sourcing talent with manufacturing experience. Develop tailored onboarding programs to integrate new employees into our manufacturing culture. Employee Relations and Team Management: Foster a collaborative workplace by addressing employee concerns and promoting engagement. Manage HR teams effectively, ensuring alignment with operational goals across departments. Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems that align with manufacturing KPIs. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance skills relevant to manufacturing operations. HR Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws and industry regulations across regions (MY, SG, JP, Thailand, Korea). Develop and standardize HR policies that support operational efficiency. Compensation and Benefits: Manage payroll and benefits tailored to the unique needs of the manufacturing workforce. Conduct market analyses to ensure competitive compensation practices. Administrative Management: Oversee administrative functions related to manufacturing operations. Manage office facilities and vendor relationships to support production needs. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. years of HR management experience in a manufacturing environment. Proven team management skills with experience overseeing cross-functional teams. Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations in the regions of interest (MY, SG, JP, Thailand, Korea). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to adapt HR strategies to meet regional and operational challenges.
