Data Entry Finance & Accounting Executive

Industry: Financial Services Position: Data Entry Finance & Accounting Executive Working Location: G-1 & 1-1, Menara Avenue, No. 189, Jalan Tun Razak, 50400, Kuala Lumpur Working Duration: 6 months contract (Renewable based on business needs) Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (WFO) Salary: Range from RM2,800 – RM3,500 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical coverage + OT Job Scope: • Perform day-to-day data entry tasks related to finance and accounting activities. • Handle and ensure accuracy in double entry bookkeeping. • Assist in preparing and processing invoices. • Support the finance team with data verification and reconciliation tasks. • Input financial data into accounting systems and Excel spreadsheets. • Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial records. • Maintain and organize financial records, both digital and hard copies. • Perform other administrative and support duties as required by the team. • Overtime work may be required depending on project needs. Requirements: • Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • At least 1 year of experience in finance or accounting environment. • Fresh graduates with willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. • Familiarity with double entry bookkeeping and invoicing is an advantage. • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
