To assist the Sales Department with the administration work, in coordinating between sales and service to improve work flow efficiency in order to achieve sales and profitability growth for the company. Responsibilities • Handle and respond promptly to customer inquiries via various communication channels • Provide administrative support to the management • Coordinate and process customer orders, forms, applications, and related documentation • Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional support and service • Maintain clear and effective communication with customers across platforms. Requirements • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in any related field. • Candidate must have at least 2 years of relevant working experience. • Must be able to speak fluently in Mandarin and English. • Candidate must have good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills • Candidate with prior working experience in manufacturing Industry will be added advantage.
