What you'll be doing • Designing, implementing and optimising manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality • Knowledgeable in CAD and CAM • Able to use simulation • Familiar with Process engineering or NPI • Identifying and resolving process bottlenecks and inefficiencies • Conducting process capability studies and implementing statistical process control measures • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and process improvements • Providing technical support and training to production staff • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations and safety protocols • Analysing process data and generating reports to support decision-making • Participating in project planning and execution to achieve organisational goals • Do documentation and reports • Participate in audit • Have knowledge in IATF What we're looking for • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Process Engineering or Material Engineering or a related field • Minimum 6 years of experience in a manufacturing environment • Proficient in process design, optimisation and problem-solving techniques • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions • Experience with process automation, control systems and continuous improvement methodologies • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams • Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and safety best practices • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
