Job Description: Assist in the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for employees in compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, etc.) Ensure accurate and timely data entry related to attendance, overtime, leaves, and claims Maintain employee payroll records and ensure all documentation is up to date Handle payroll queries from employees and escalate issues when necessary Support HR and Finance teams with payroll-related reporting and reconciliation Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal payroll policies Assist with ad-hoc HR administrative tasks as required Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or any related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy Basic understanding of Malaysian payroll and statutory contributions is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and in a team
